Challenge
Most crypto tools fail because they force you to choose between utility and sanity. You either use a platform that looks like a chaotic control room just to get advanced technical indicators, or you use a beautiful, watered-down app that leaves you financially blind. Because of this, traders are constantly jumping between different bots, alerts, and charts just to manage their risk. With CoinLogic, I wanted to tackle this fragmentation head-on. The goal was to design a workspace that keeps heavy-duty tools, like live order-book depth and visual strategy builders, immediately accessible on one screen without sacrificing quick, intuitive navigation.
Approach
I knew nothing about crypto trading going in. I treated my lack of knowledge as a design asset, embedding myself in trading communities to audit platforms without any industry bias.
Traders face a heavy cognitive tax, juggling an average of 4 separate tools just to execute a single, calculated trade. Research shows that centralizing this data onto one screen reduces user action times by up to 61%, eliminating costly execution delays.
I designed the Strategy Builder using simple, stacking IF/THEN block components. This turns intimidating command-line scripts into visual logic that any trader can build and deploy in seconds.
In crypto, complex calculations usually lead to high user drop-offs. By placing the Liquidity Guard and Volatility Brake sliders directly on the dashboard, I simplified advanced risk formulas into visual parameters, helping users manage slippage without cognitive fatigue.
Monitoring big-money blockchain movement usually requires scrolling through dense, intimidating transaction ledgers. The Whale Flow Radar widget filters this raw feed, displaying only high-value transfers in a clean, real-time alert stream.

CoinLogic solves this fragmentation by unifying deep technical tools into a single, high-contrast dashboard that balances advanced utility with visual clarity. By replacing the chaotic multi-tab workflow with a fully customizable interface, users can build visual automated strategies, track large blockchain transactions in real time, and adjust protective risk sliders without ever leaving their workspace. This streamlined layout strips away the intimidation of raw transaction ledgers and command-line scripts, replacing them with a highly responsive, single-screen experience that respects both the speed of an active trader and the cognitive sanity of a human user.
